Premier volet d'une série de trois expositions consacrées à ce don exceptionnel. En 2024, Jacques Sargos – fondateur de la galerie l’Horizon Chimérique à Bordeaux, spécialisée en dessins, peintures, sculptures et documents d’archives – a fait don au musée d’une partie de sa collection personnelle de dessins (137 dessins anciens et modernes ainsi que plusieurs documents) qui embrasse quatre siècles de création, en lien avec les arts décoratifs, le décor intérieur, l’architecture et l’ornement. La sélection présentée permettra d’appréhender la place essentielle du dessin au sein du processus de création d’une œuvre.
